Prepare yourself to waste hours of your time when they end up scheduling you for the wrong location and you have to either rush to the Valley to make it or reschedule entirely for months out that you probably already waited months for, and that's if the scheduler is even there after! They've done this to me and other family members, I would absolutely recommend ANYWHERE ELSE to go for services!!
I would avoid providence ENT if at all possible. On 3 separate occasions our appointment had either been canceled without notice or they sent us to the wrong location. It’s unfortunately the only location within 100 miles that does the testing my kid needs. We’ve also been trying to get Flonase spray refilled for over a month. We did have a positive experience with the hearing aid department at the valley location, she was kind and very knowledgeable.
Called this morning for an appt for a condition in which only an ENT would specialize in after seeing primary care 3x in the last 6 weeks. Explained what was going on and was immediately put on hold by a receptionist who seemed extremely bothered that I even called. She came back only to tell me that the first appointment would be on Oct 7, more than 2 months away for the serious condition that I was referred to them for.
