Had surgery to repair a deviated septum so I can breathe. I couldn't breathe in the middle of the night and suffered a panic attack. This prompted me to call the on call doctor, The on call doctor was nice and told me to see my Dr. Cruz in the morning. When I got to my appointment, Dr. Cruz was very rude and was telling me how I shouldn't have called the other doctor. It's now been 2 years since my surgery, and I still have the same issue that prompted me to get surgery at the beginning. Nothing changed
The clerical staff were nice but the rest wasn't great. 1. There were two very unhygienic (like hasn't bathed in years) looking people just hanging out in the lobby using the bathroom repeatedly and I don't think they were patients. I'd bet money they were shooting up. 2 My son seemed to respond well to every sound test but the doctor claimed he only responded to one frequency? Then tried to push sedated hearing tests and CT!? Needless to say, I'll be getting a second opinion because their claims did not match what I witness... read more
I have spent the ENTIRE day trying to get an Rx for ear drops for my little girl. I called in and spoke with an on call Dr who called in Cipro hc and not one pharmacy in Spokane had it. I called at least 6. I called her again and she said she’d call in the generic one and i told her the rite aid on s regal had one called ciprodex in stock. I waited an hour and called and the pharmacy said she just sent the exact same one as before again. So I called the on call Dr “Rashay” again for a third time. She was EXTREMELY rude. I had posted complaint about getting response from scheduling staff. I left message with the promise of posting on my chart for Megan Bisbee staff assistant & her. I was called back next day by her current assistant, very pleasant with a cancelled appt offer I couldn’t make and called back same day and they filled a cancellation slot for this Friday! Maybe the office is getting used to my chart and Providence way. Pleasant surprise yesterday
Our 14 month old granddaughter had an appointment here today. After reading some negative reviews, I was nervous about taking her. However, it was a very positive experience. Dr Malone was wonderful! He was informative, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and put our little one right at ease. Highly recommend Dr. Malone!
