I remain completely disappointed in the service. Scheduling was a nightmare and on several occasions, staff was not truthful in relaying records information. At the appt, staff only did the bare minimum possible in order to maximize my insurance benefits. Despite daily pain, I was told to wait six months to be seen again. I was seen by Baggot, but she did not see me. There is a very low quality of individualized care at this practice. After my colonoscopy I received a letter that everything looked good. I wouldn't need to have another one for five years. I called concerned about the symptoms I was still having. The lady was rude and seemed irritated by my call for a follow-up appointment. The appointment was set at 8:15 to arrive at 7:45am. They don't open until 8:00am. I arrived at 8:05. They need to work on their scheduling in all departments and offices. Return call protocol. Also, proper verbiage when annotations are noted in patient files regarding their past and present information, treatment, etc.
