They promised me that they would send my daughters remains (to another state) the following day, almost two and a half weeks later the funeral home in Colorado still had not received them. When the funeral home in Colorado called them they were informed that they had not been sent yet. I know it was just a box of ashes to the Spokane crematory but to me it was my daughter.
Extremely frustrated with Spokane Cremation. My mothers dying wish was to be buried in a pine box, Spokane Cremation and Burial sold me one, when we received it and brought it home we discovered it’s not pine at all. The only item on the entire casket that is pine is the handles on the sides! They also refuse returns! Extremely unhappy and disappointed in this office.
