They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home 2 years ago. I have tried to make service requests online 2 separate times, to be ignored. Will be calling a more reputable company in the morning.
I had this company install a heat pump and backup electric furnace to replace my oil furnace. They did an outstanding job. The system works great. Their prices were reasonable. They did a complete cleanup and removed my old oil furnace and air conditioner. All individuals, from the person who did the quote to those that did the install plus the folks in the office, were very easy to work with and quite personable. Eric and his team are amazing! My 90 year old parents were taken to the hospital because of carbon monoxide poisoning from a faulty 60 year old furnace. Eric and his team were at my parent's house to assess the situation the same day and were installing a new boiler a few days later. I cannot recommend Spokane Comfort Systems highly enough. They are a lifesaver in more ways than one!
