The problem for me and, apparently someone else, is that Spokane Cat Clinic has an Office Manager acting as a veterinarian. The problem, as I see it, is that this clinic has a non-licensed, non-vetted office manager taking on duties, diagnosis (onver the phone no less!), prescribing and dispensing with absolutely no license to do so.
