I have been coming to this gym for nearly a decade since I first started boxing in college. Rick and his crew have always been kind and generous with sharing their wealth of knowledge. Whether you're looking to get fit or aspiring to learn the sport of boxing, this is the place to be!
I love coach rick and all the people at this club. If you Work hard, you’re respectful and youre coachable, you’ll fit right in. I’m 5’2 110 lbs in my 20s. Boxing is for everyone . This place got me in the best shape of my life. If you want to get better at technique , don’t just show up to work out. ask for help and go to additional classes. coach Rick is tough but fun. In case it’s not clear, This is a no nonsense gym. Don’t do dumb shit and you’ll fit right in.
I love this place. Spokane boxing got my ass back in shape. Doug’s workouts are the highlight of my day and Rick has the best knowledge in the game. If you want to get right both mentally and physically then Spokane boxing is where it’s at.
