Rick and his crew are so welcoming as soon as you step into the gym. I come from Montana every few months to train and Rick welcomes me as one of his own while continuing to communicate with my coach about what I need to work on. He has helped me grow exponentially in my boxing every time I stop in!
Great atmosphere, really help me with conditioning before I left for bootcamp, taught me discipline and great work ethic, loved it to where anytime im back in town to go back and do the conditioning again
