I called ahead of time just to ensure they’d have what I was looking for. The lady i spoke to on the phone was very polite and said they had 2 balloons I was looking for. Once arrived I was immediately disrespected by a snobby young girl who states she’s the one who answered the phone but informed me that I’m lying and she never said they had the balloons. If they would’ve informed me that they didn’t have them in the first place wouldn’t have wasted my time coming in Honestly horrible customer service and wouldn’t recommend... read more
