Very upset and horrible service! I ordered 12 balloons by phone for a work event. 3 red, 3 black, 3 light brown, and 3 dark brown. When I went to pick the order up the brown balloons all looked the same color. This is not what was ordered. Not only did the owner not offer to correct the mistake, he wanted me to buy three more. I told him no because the company I work for has a budget and he said we just won’t do business and had me leave. I have never been treated with such bad customer service nor have I ever left a negativ... read more
