My mom took her 2010 Ford fusion in to have the water heater replaced. They had it for seven days and didn't do what was asked. Instead they allegedly replaced the heater core and said the head gasket needs to be replaced for $7,000 . When we dropped off the car it wasn't dripping coolant all over. But when we picked it up it was and it was water no antifreeze. Used Spokane Auto Care for 15 plus years of RAV4 service and always pleased with their professionalism, vehicle knowledge, and work performed; always excellent! Recently had a relative take a Corolla there and they immediately completed the work on short notice, at a very fair price with the quality they are known for.
After calling several other shops about my Wrangler running rough and having fuel issues, I took it here for a diagnostic test. I spoke with Tim and he just seemed to take the time to really listen to the problem, felt he was just an honest guy and thorough. He was PHENOMENAL.
