Spokandy is the perfect mix of tradition and deliciousness - the store opened in 1913 and the candy to this day is made following the original methods. The Murphy was how it all began - a whipped vanilla mallow center, which is then dipped in chocolate and rolled in coconut. They also sell many varieties of bark, toffee, fudge and a special recipe peanut brittle. A great gift for a sweet-toothed friend, or a place for some chocolaty indulgence - and best of all, if you stop by, you can try a free sample.

These mints were a favorite holiday treat when. I lived in Wenatchee. I ordered some and shared them here in Dallas. I think Texas loves Spokandy!

My Aunt Amanda Henshaw worked there for 30 years before passing. we would always go into the store and pick out chocolate covered cherries around the holidays and bring them home. Easter eggs with our names on them we're very special

I picked up a solid dark chocolate bar at the airport for my flight back to Las Vegas after spending New Year's Eve in Spokane with my family. I did not eat it on the plane as expected and just threw it in the kitchen drawer with the rest of the snacks when I unpacked.
