Customer Service is ridiculous. Have purchased 6 sessions and have only been able to complete 4 due to their lack of professionalism. I rearranged work for a Monday session that they cancelled via text the night before and it has been over a month of me leaving voicemails, sending texts and even snapchat texting them about rescheduling. Working hours on website are not adhered to. While sale/prices look good I regret my purchase. No point paying for a package that they can't deliver 👎
Very Unprofessional, ineffective treatment & outdated tools, Don't waste your money & time
The most pitiful and poor excuse for a business. NEVER, and I repeat, NEVER come here for anything. You have been warned. The people at this clinic have no respect for their clients. I arrive at 11:30 on the day of my very first appointment to find it bolted closed. No answers to my calls or messages. No Facebook posts to notify anyone of their closure.
