Terrible, terrible, terrible. Years of unreturned emails and phone calls regarding care for our mother. Impossible to get FMLA paperwork filled out. Weeks have gone by after getting abnormal test results and no appointment or contact for a consult. Promises to improve but still the same incompent front office and zero accountability. We have finally decided to switch providers.
