I think the holes even though they were started should have been drilled out. This other disappointing thing is that it does not sit level on the floor, so wobbly which is not a good thing.
Item we ordered was reasonably priced and arrived very quickly. We were surprised how quickly it came, even though we live in the middle of the pacific ocean.
