This is my worse customers service experience ever. I ordered an Accuquilt bundle on June 6, 2025. I received an order on July 9th with a variety and multiples of dies, mats, books, and picks, none of which I ordered. I was instructed to return the box and I would receive the correct order. The return policy was sent to me with instructions to repack the box with packing material and that it was our responsibility to take it to UPS for return shipping. This box was over 50lbs. What a joke....Terrible service, they run a small storefront in Tennesee and state they're under staffed in their warehouse (LOL) What warehouse....they likely dont even have inventory on hand and hace to order your stuff from somewhere else. Please dont use this place for any of your sewing needs. I will also be going through the area in a couple of weeks, and if I dont have what I paid for or a refund by then, they will surely get a visit.
