BE WARNED!!! They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. They are con artists. I am in the process of fighting for a refund for a sewing machine that I never received. They claim they will give me a refund once UPS returns the item to them and they inspect it. UPS never delivered it to me. I never had possession of the machine. If it is damaged or lost that has nothing to do with me and should not affect my ability to get a refund. They are con artists.
Hello there from Sulphur, Louisiana. I just cannot say enough good things about Sewing Parts Online. I recently purchased a Baby Lock Celebrate Serger, but right after I received it, I got quite ill with COVID. I was just not able to even unpack my serger or do anything with it. Bought a sewing machine, it was quickly shipped. They sent it in the original box with no extra protection. Tested the machine and the pedal is faulty. I’ve been waiting two weeks now for a replacement, and have not been given a resolution. Very disappointed. I will edit review if/when they give me a prompt resolution going forward. *(I edited the label out of the third picture since it displayed the serial number of the machine).
The part does not fit my machine, although it appears to be heavy duty high quality. I am still waiting to hear from customer service about returning or replacing the item.
