Hired SPM to prepare our coop for sale. This included painting, tile work, replacing a vanity and associated plumbing. They did a very nice job and importantly communicated regularly and got everything done promptly. Handled changes without issue and were focused on making sure we were happy with their ideas and work. We were! And, they left the apt cleaner than it was when they arrived.

We hired Steve and his team to fix a tricky situation in our small laundry closet - a crooked wall that a previous contractor had botched. Even though this was a small job, he treated it with the same attention to detail as he would any larger project. The work looks great and he completed everything in just a few days. We love the work SPM Contracting did when painting our apart. It had looked a bit tired and worn. The work was impeccable, very neat and accurate. I hate sloppy corners and there were none in the job they did. We will use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.
