I went in to Splurge for the first time this past Saturday and was very disappointed. I was in there for a good 15 to 20 minutes looking around and the lady working did not speak to me at all until I was walking out the door. She just sat behind the counter on her phone with her back to me the whole time. Not good customer service at all.
Still my go-to place! Ginny and girls are always ready to help you and have the most positive attitude exhibited at any business in Big Spring! Those ladies care about the customer and not just making the sale! Ginny has a special way of going above and beyond! Keep up the awesome customer service Ginny!
This boutique is a blessing to Big Spring, and the ladies are so wonderful and they make you feel special no matter if your thin or well, you know. They are alway smiling and happy to help you. They make you feel beautiful. Thank you.
