Had a great experience at Sploot Roscoe Village. Gerardo S. was friendly and knowledgeable. My old man Max had an ultrasound today and they really made the process as smooth as possible. I really appreciate the excellent service! Roscoe village always takes good care of all of my little guys.
We love Sploot! It was my dog Hobey’s first time at the Roscoe Village location and they were so kind and thoughtful. We will be back for his boosters soon! High recommend Sploot to all dog parents!
Today one of my dogs got neutered and all the staffs were kind and professional, they informed me of all the steps and how my dog was doing. I got the sploot packages both for my dogs and I think it’s worth it. After the surgery, they explained to me thoroughly the after care and answered all my questions. 100 % recommended for someone looking for knowledgeable, skilled vet care! I will be back next month for his rabies update.
I took my cat to the Roscoe Village Sploot for the first time today after noticing her struggling with eating recently. From check-in to check-out, everyone was super friendly, kind, and focused on getting my girl feeling better. They’re also very transparent with their pricing and took the time to show me what the cost breakdown would be for her care plan. I appreciate them all and I’m so glad I chose them for vet care! Dr Cruz is an absolute angel for my senior dogs. She's compassionate and gentle with them. She took care to speak to me in a way that i was able to understand my doggos procedures, and took extra time with explanations when I didn't quite follow. She immediately adjusted her treatment plan when I mentioned a detail that hadn't been communicated to her. I more than grateful. Thank you Dr Cruz!!!
