Wonderful experience! I just got home with my 9 year old Golden Retriever who had a dental cleaning today. Really happy with the service, transparency, communication, and care. I don’t have pet insurance, so I really like the membership option for helping make it more affordable. First experience with the concierge medicine approach, and so far, it’s been great. Besides that, I really love all the staff at Roscoe Village. Very friendly and caring people!
I had a great experience at Sploot Roscoe Village. They were gentle with Reggie and very informative with everything I need to know going forward. Gerardo was my intake nurse he was very friendly and so good with Reggie. Dr. Sarah Weinberg was amazing in explaining the step by step plan for Reggie at his appointment and future visits.
We had a really great experience at the Sploot Roscoe Village location. They were able to get my dog in quick and did a really thorough assessment. I appreciated the Vet’s guidance and insight. Gerardo was our nurse, he took great care of us and loved on my dog.
I took my dog in for an elderly check up that quickly turned into a cancer diagnosis. Dr.Choco was so excellent and quick acting with testing an and a diagnosis that same day. She communicated clearly, honestly and throughout the entire process about test results, next steps and what the realistic options were, which I absolutely appreciated. My minipoodle had a dental procedure here and it went really well. I get nervous about anything with anesthesia but they took amazing care of him and texted me with updates and photos. I felt so much more comfortable about the procedure and he’s doing great. I really appreciate the way they check-in during and after the procedure. It eases my anxiety as a dog mom 😭❤️ I highly recommend their services.
