The entire team I worked with today was awesome! It was my first visit at Sploot and the team was awesome. Got me in a touch early, everyone was really kind and loved my cat, and they really put a lot of effort into helping me figure out my pet’s issue. They were all very compassionate and helpful. Awesome place!
First visit here and they were super nice and understanding. I was also running late to get my daughter from work and when I left there was a line so I just left and completely forgot to pay, thank goodness for the Sploot app, I went in and updated my card number and they charged the correct card pretty much right after I left. So thank you Sploot for understanding. :)
I was able to get a same-day appointment and the team was very professional. They explained everything thoroughly and were transparent with the costs. I felt like my dog was in competent and caring hands.
