So far my me experience has been very pleasant. I was looking at a bike listed on their website and spoke to someone about the logistics of shipping it to me. I made the purchase and communication has been transparent and clear. I received tracking and look forward to getting my bike soon. Highly recommend if you are buying out of state.
An excellent bike shop with a great range of bikes and kit, oh and a bar and cafe! We enjoyed a toastie and cider sat outside, before going back into the store and topping up on gloves, tees and hoodies. Great atmosphere and friendly staff.

TJ and the team at Splitrock are awesome. I got my S works stumpjumper with them and just picked it up after the first complementary tuneup - it looks and feels great and they even did a brilliant job cleaning off the tamarancho dirt coat. Speedy, quality service and chill vibe. Highly recommend!
