Nice atmosphere. I was not treated professionally. This was a gift that was given to me, and it was disappointing. In fact, I should have known to leave after the consult when I wanted to cry. Besides $200 for a root touch up with highlights and a haircut is insane. And the color was really messed up. The gentleman I was passed off to was fantastic, and really listened, and gave me a great cut. He was nice and professional.
