I use Split Ends remote cut in service on my hair systems and their service is always impeccable. I arrange for the new system to be sent direct from the supplier (I use Hairpiece Warehouse) to Split Ends. I then email photos of the style I want plus the base dimensions to Split Ends and within a day or two the unit ready to be sent back to me.
