Before coming here, I read through the reviews and noticed multiple complaints regarding low water pressure, equipment issues, and water temperature. I brought my own supplies as a precaution. Unfortunately, the experience matched those reviews. The card reader was out of service, the bill acceptor rejected $1 and $5 bills, and I had to find quarters just to begin. We just tried to vacuum our vehicle. The one vacuum was broken so we went to a different one and put $2 into the second machine. It didn’t work so we went to the third vacuum and put another $2 into the machine and it also didn’t work. There wasn’t anybody there to talk to to get your money back or figure out which machines work. There weren’t any “out of order signs” on them either. Guess we won’t be going there any more!
Prices are good, a bit dumpy of a facility though. Only one auto was was working (during winter in PA which is prime car washing time to get salt off)and it was only accepting cards, which was only posted ON the machine. Meaning if you only had cash and someone was behind you, you ain't getting out. The machine also needs a mute button because it just kept yapping super loud while waiting to go into the wash.
I think my car looked more dirty after the $14 wash.
