Dog wash station i thought wasn't too bad until it charged me double the price...said on the machine charged me 10.06 and when I checked my bank 21.20. So if I am wrong someone explain..no number found to get ahold of owner. Recommend bringing own towel to dry dog with, as blower is minimal.
This is concerning the pet wash. It is overpriced and the water is cold. No soap. Waste of time and money.
Highly recommend using their services and customer service. Recent change of ownership within the business, so if you had a previous issue, go back and try them again! Even though we had an issue on our visit, they made sure to take care of it by going above and beyond with their customer service. Went back the day after the issue and left with a spotless car! Thank you!
I used the pet cleaning part on the machine. It says Five dollars for eight minutes I actually accidentally pushed the button at four minutes and it charged me $10.60 I swiped my card again to finish the job of cleaning my dog I used it for 15 minutes. It charged me another $10.60 when I looked at my bank statement it charged me $21.20 two times I don’t recommend this place at all. It’s a rip off and they have no phone number to call the number that’s Online is a fax number. Guess I’ll call the Better Business Bureau.
Great local car wash No bells No whistles Just water and soap.
