After a very tedious process to get our flooring replaced ( the product was faulty and was not being replaced due to an instillation error). With Craig doing alot of the leg work to make sure it was replaced by the manufacturer, our new floors are finally in and couldnt be happier with the finish. I know they jumped through alot of hoops to meet all our requests and worked very hard to have it finished in a timely manner. Very very happy with our outcome.
