I am extremely disappointed with this doctor’s office. I requested help completing my FMLA paperwork for a legitimate medical issue, and they flat-out refused to assist. This is basic documentation that directly affects a patient’s ability to protect their job while dealing with health concerns. Instead of supporting me, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and acted like it was an inconvenience to even ask.
