Dr. Splenser is a great doctor and I really appreciated having him as my PCP. His office staff, however, was just too much to deal with. There are two women in the front office. Both are extremely rude and unhelpful. One of them has been there for years and still can't answer any questions. She literally knows nothing. Unfortunately, she acts as the gate-keeper for you to get any real answers.
