Thus place us horrible. Took my son in and he needed a tooth removed. Insurance forsure would approve it. They said it would take weeks for approval. My son was in horrible pain ..he couldn't wait. So they said pain a 100.00 and we get the approval next day from insurance and we refund ur money. I cant insurance that day and 2 time within the week. They never sent in to the insurance. Insurance never got anything from them. Now they r saying it was denied when still to this date I surance hasn't received anything from them... read more

Theiving business practices alert! Charging elderly disabled patients insurance for hundreds of dollars of work never completed AND hundreds in cash above and beyond when insurance is 100% coverage. Grangerland lied to the insurance about the service I received and now the insurance says, since they paid Grangerland, they will not cover me at a different office. I will not recommend this dentist office to anyone. I was not happy with the service and consider them to be overcharging me for “lab fees” over $500 vs my comparable quote. Unfortunately in my haste I didn’t notice and therefore I have to say it was my own damned fault that I feel taken advantage of. While the hygienist was good, I was not happy with the dentist who apparently did not speak much English. I found he was one of the roughest dentists I’ve been to. Again... they are always changing the appointment days this is another time they gave me this appointment I move things around to get time off 3 days before the appointment they call to reschedule Again for 2 and a half more week if u are a procrastinator perfect place 4 u😒🙄

Splendora Dental has charged me $9,700.00 for my dental surgery and a set of dentures and that was about 5 or 6 months ago and they keep giving me the run around about getting my dentures! It's constantly an excuse as to why I haven't and can't get my set of dentures!! AT FIRST I WAS GETTING GREAT SERVICE, THAT GREAT SERVICE ENDED WHEN THE BILL WAS PAID IN FULL!!
