This was not only my first time here but my first time ever treating myself to a facial. They saw me within 3 minutes of my appointment. The waiting room was clean. I loved that the room I was in had a keypad lock on the outside. It made me feel even more safe to be inside a protected room while I'm slightly exposed on the table. I was asked to leave a tip, and I felt there was a change in attitude because I did not tip during my previous visit. At the time, I was not aware that tipping was expected. Additionally, the service did not fully match what was advertised. The package included a massage, but it was not provided. The treatment also lasted approximately 40 minutes rather than the 50 minutes described. Based on this experience, I do not feel the service met the expectations set by the package.
