I called this spa today and spoke to someone who answered the phone and just said "hello"without identifying the business name I couldn't understand him but I made a appt. For same day at 5:30 and it seemed that he understood that. I went to the place at 5:15 and I seen one lady there who hardly spoke English and was using a translator. I told her I had a appt.
