I had a horrific experience with this bridal shop, No joke would never go back. The one good thing about it was that i did receive the correct wedding dress which was good because i spent a good amount of money on a stella york. My sister who was maid of honor was going to get a Bari Jay dress and we went in had her try it on, the whole deal. Lisa was so helpful and patient! We had an appointment at Splendid and another shop directly after. I found one I LOVED at Splendid but thought since I already had another appointment I should at least go look at the other. You cannot even begin to compare the level service I received at Splendid. The quality of dresses, price, and level of service is hands down the best.

I had a wonderful experience with Leslie at Splendid Bridal. She was very helpful and enthusiastic and personable. I was in a time crunch, where my wedding was a month away, and she worked with me to find a very nice dress that didn't need a lot of alterations. The dress seems to be a really good quality, (doesn't feel like assembly line quality), and I am so excited to wear this dress. Leslie went above and beyond, and I am so grateful that I was able to work with her, and leave with a dress I love at a decent price!
