Wow Geoff is so efficient and easy to work with. He obviously has a no nonsense, full of knowledge approach to getting rid of pests (we had carpenter ants). Will definitely call him again if we have another colony take residence here. Highly recommend for Mason County folks.
We had an urgent issue at our home – Geoff was super flexible and fast with coming by and getting things on the right path.
I went to the website and filled out a free consultation for assistance with identifying a bug infestation . Geoff called me within 5 minutes and was at my home which is an hour away from him in under 2 hours . He was friendly, fast and efficient in identifying my problem . He has integrity! He told me it is something I can fix myself and that he could spray but didn’t want me to waste my money if I could fix it . I really appreciated him . Great business! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend Splat !
Called today at noon and Geoff came straight to our house. He explained our ant invasion problem and described exactly how to treat it. By 1:30pm he had treated all the trouble spots and taken care of a few things we hadn’t even known about (rats in the crawl space). All visible ants are now dead and no new ants are making entry. Very fair pricing as well. I would definitely recommend!
