I come here a couple times a month for lane swimming during the day. Very quiet; I usually have the whole pool to myself. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and pool is warm. Would recommend!
They have great kind staff but the change room after your swimming lesson there's only 2 of them so if you don't get in one of those change rooms you have to do it outside the change room and then everybody can see you private part. There is only 1 big shower so the rest of the showers are so small and tight you would not be able to help clean your child and the pool where you go for your swimming lesson has pee in it we all know that by now
My family has been coming to Splashville for many years, and the reviews about the admin there are true. For a loyal customer, I have been treated unfairly by the admin numerous times. Just as one example — I don’t usually book a make-up session when my kids are sick. But I asked, last school year, if I could reschedule one lesson because my kids had an event at school. I was told by the person managing the front desk that they’ll give me a make up (they even gave me a time and day), as we hadn’t booked a make-up class yet t... read more
Not sure how the manager became a manager, but she's awfully rude, and we'll never be back here. Will definitely spread the word of the terrible experience. Also, the water is too cold, and the kids are standing still most of the time during class. My kids lips are purple until 1 hour after class. Don't go here!
