Third time visiting splashes bath/ kitchen store and they never disappoint. The showroom consultant Debra Koster was friendly and helpful to our needs. We bought a Toto Drake toilet here. It was $100 less here than Home Depot. This business seems to be more for contractors than the average person just trying to buy something simple - a toilet. Their inventory online said they had the toilet we wanted in stock. We paid the talkative confused woman and then waited for the toilet to be brought to our vehicle. Splashes takes good care of their customers! Debra and the showroom attendants were very helpful every time I called. The visual quotes provided were great tools to keep the item# and photo clear to read. When my client came into the store they were helped very well and were pleased with their final selection. The product arrived in time for the counter templating and helped to bring the large sink to my car. As a kitchen designer I will be sure to use them again! Thank you to the whole team :)
