Purchased a part from them. Mathew complete unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with. Not even a hint of a smile. “We don’t give installation advice”. Didnt understand a simple question asking for clarification on their return/refund policy. I would never ever go here to purchase again. Id rather pay more. Mathew is the reason people prefer to shop online

I visited last week looking for a new shower head for our bathroom remodel. The associate that helped us (Mathew) was patient and showed us many great options which led us to the perfect shower head for our ensuite bathroom. Great service, would recommend this location.
