I had such an amazing experience with Shaelene Locke at the Vernon location. I was quite frustrated with the service at the Port Coquitlam location, and called Sharlene to help me ship the item I needed to Poco. Vernon location was the only place they had it and Sharlene went above and beyond to help me track it, then gave me a second call to let me know that it has been shipped and then emailed me the tracking code after she received the code herself. Very polite, listened to my concerns. Showed me different prices for a product that I can decide and work with and educate me on how important it is for replacement products and them requiring to know to provide me with the correct product to fit my present one. The employee was superb to deal with.
Great wholesale with a bright staff and eager help I've used for 25 years now.
