Showed up 20 mins before close to return a single item. Waited in line for 20 mins and then was told, sorry, we can't get to you, I'm locking the door at 4, I don't get paid overtime. Update: I went back to return it again. They said they wouldn't take it back because 1) I didn't have the ziplock bag that it came in (!!) and 2) it was allegedly corroded, even though I only used it once. Salesperson (same as last time) was super smug and unhelpful. I just wanted my $28 back...
