We are building a new house and needed to pick out all of our plumbing fixtures. We were very fortunate to be assisted by Chriscel. Chriscel was exceptionally knowledgeable about all of the products, suppliers and fixtures. She organized our order by room in a detailed manner and provided valuable information when determining which fixtures were the best fit for our needs. Choosing all of the various items for a new build can be quite overwhelming but Chriscel made it easy and enjoyable.

We were at the store last Saturday looking for a new bathroom faucet replacement. Kwai (apologies if I spelled your name wrong) was exceptional. He patiently listened to our needs and took the time to review every product's manual, to make sure the spec would fit our sink. My wife and I came in with a budget in mind yet we liked all the high end stuff that would've blown the budget. Chriscel helped us find the equivalent items that fit our budget. Her knowledge of not only the product but of the details that only a plumber would know helped save us a ton of time. We would definitely recommend her to all of our friends and family.
