Not impressed with my visit today. Their "lifetime warranty" process for a newer leaky showerhead I took in wasn't as simple as it should've been. The rep said I'd have to go to/thru Riobel directly and then as I was about to leave, he changed it to "we'll order it in for you". I had to leave with the leaky showerhead and will now wait out the convoluted process.
