Went here once and got some good pointers on washlet installation from a young guy came back later to buy and a different lady was very unhelpful so I didn't buy.
Service has always been great here, especially on supplying me with lifetime warranty parts. They've also helped with adapting to old, completely non-standard fixtures in an old building. Very helpful.
