I am extremely happy with the outstanding customer service Krishnil provided. I had ordered a Kohler sink through another plumbing supplier, but they forgot to place the order. When my quartz fabricator needed the sink to make the countertop cutout, it wasn’t available. I was scrambling and called over 15 plumbing suppliers, but no one had it in stock and told me it would take over 3 weeks for it to come. Fortunately, I called and spoke with Krishnil. Drove out there like an idiot from Tsawwassen only to find out they’re closed at 4:30 and not 5:00. Apparently their service department closes half an hour early as opposed to the showroom. Not only did they lose a sale, but I will never shop there ever again. Complete waste of my time. Not to mention a total waste of gas at $2.15 per liter.
I guess they’re not interested in doing business. I came in with a list of items on a Saturday and was told I’d receive a quote by Tuesday. It never happened. When I called to follow up, I was told to email the same person. It shouldn’t be potential customer’s job to chase a quote.
