Drove out there like an idiot from Tsawwassen only to find out they’re closed at 4:30 and not 5:00. Apparently their service department closes half an hour early as opposed to the showroom. Not only did they lose a sale, but I will never shop there ever again. Complete waste of my time. Not to mention a total waste of gas at $2.15 per liter.
I guess they’re not interested in doing business. I came in with a list of items on a Saturday and was told I’d receive a quote by Tuesday. It never happened. When I called to follow up, I was told to email the same person. It shouldn’t be potential customer’s job to chase a quote.
Don’t believe this business anymore! TOTALLY CHEATING. I had ordered a bidet online from the Website of Splashes B&K. I got my order, which was an open-boxed one from this address. When I complained to the customer service team they said it was opened because it needed to be fully inspect ed. B S! I am not happy despite I got refunded.
