Trista is amazing. Five years ago she was phenomenal when we built our house. Wonderful patience with a couple of (almost) hysterical rookie homebuilders. We haven't regretted a single purchase. Today we required a cartridge for our Delta kitchen faucet. I emailed Trista, she asked a couple of clarifying questions, and within two hours the part was ready to be shipped. Great service.
Misty was very helpful in helping me decide on a walk in tub purchase. Stayed in tough until all my concerns were answered.
