My husband and I bought our first house knowing it needed some care. I needed sofits , fascia, evestrough all replaced. I had three different quotes and splashdown was right fit. I'm writing this review because the technicians at this company are polite and kind! I had to give a shoutout. I live across from the Vanier on the West end, and Splashdown has been doing a large project there for months now. Initially, the technicians were parking right infront of our house (which is legal and totally allowed, just inconvenient as a homeowner). Followed up multiple times after visiting my house awaiting a price. Wasted my time. Can’t trust them to do the work now, not worth pursuing.
Very unsafe truck driver. Witnessed them speed up to purposely try and veer a car into the burm as lane was ending. Always amazes me when people are driving company vehicles like that on the road. SAYS ALOT.
Had standing water and a leaking roof due to poor install. Ceiling showed signs of the leak after warranty so they gave me a discount to repair thier work. Disappointed I'd have to pay to have them fix thier own work. Still get standing water but I think the roof has stopped leaking. I guess I'll find out Owner said in his own words "I always tell my guys never to do that cause it leaks every time" also he pointed out 3 different things that weren't done very good that I didn't even notice.
