The car wah arm bumped my car several times before it ran down against the driver side. Good thing my mirrors flip in otherwise it may of snapped off the mirror. Sat in there for approximately 10 minutes before the car wash door opened and allowed me to drive out. The wash never finished, and I had to rinse the soap off at home.

Was there last Friday. Wand rinsed my card and soaped 1/2 of my car, and then stopped and backed up right in the middle of my hood. There was no attendant. I was stranded in the middle of the lane. Doors were closed. wand was blocking my exit. I got out of my car, after laying on the horn for several minutes. All the doors were locked. Don't even know if there ever is an attendant.
