The only one happier than I am with this facility is LuLu. What a hidden gem in Moraine, Ohio. Heidi (staff) was exceptional in our orientation! Bought a package. We will be back.
My 2 labs love to swim there
Good concept. Poor business model. The owners are only out for monetary gain at the expense of animals. The owner claims to be a certified trainer. Yet has no clue how to actually handle animals. There have been numerous news reports about the care of the animals. This facility is not setup to board K9’s correctly. Would not recommend boarding or training.
Always love to take pup here. All their staff are so friendly, they love dogs and you can tell.
We had so much fun here today. This was our dog Daisy's first opportunity to swim in a body of water and she was a natural. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was really hot outside and the pool area isn't air conditioned, but with everyone getting wet it was plenty comfortable. Daisy and her family cannot wait to come again!
