I wish we had read these review ahead of time. We had hired Splash Works to put a new liner in our pool. They had just left the job and we noticed a hole in the liner (which i understand things happen - they had got it caught on something). We called, sent pics. They gave us two options (1) they come and take the liner out and leave us with nothing (as you know in the fall this is hard to get someone else or a nice day to do or (2) they would give us the liner for half price.
