Have been noticing a water drop in my inground pool for awhile. Checked with a few contractors and was not happy with their approach. Found Solar Splash and noticied 4 and 5 star reviews. Called and spoke to the Principal, shocking. Usually have to go though 2 or 3 pepole to find the right person. Bang, had his man here in two days, diagnosed, showed me picktures of the problem and corrected it in1/2 hour. Blew me away. HIGHLY RECOMEND SPLASH SOLAR.
My swimming pool solar system was installed yesterday by two outstanding guys who are definitely experienced (Alex & Cody)! I had removed the old system which was 30 years old a couple of years ago when our roof was replaced and thought the pool would be okay to swim in without heat. From start to finish everyone was amazing. Quality of work is second to none. From the first call to the quote to the scheduled time for install, everyone was always on time and super informative. Even after everything was complete we had the support and assurance we were happy to receive. Amazing company and amazing guys.
Called them multiple times and never even hit a call back. Too bad. They lost our business.
I was fortunate enough to find Tony with my initial passive solar pool heating system from Direct Energy over 8 years ago. As we all know, it's near impossible to find a contractor with excellent integrity that will be around for the long haul. He & his team did a superb job setting me up back then & he honored his warranty 5 years into my system's operation when a panel failed. This kind of service is unheard of in St. Pete.
