Geoff’s crew of Greg and Julio at Splash Pools in Manotick did a fantastic job replacing our 39 year old pool liner! All in one day, and now it looks like a brand new pool!
We had our pool installed by these guys last summer and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Geoff was amazing to work with — enthusiastic, personable, and authentic (I almost bought a sauna the same day!). You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend. Have helped us over the years with all our pool and hot tub needs. Including when we had issues with algae. And they just completed our septic system. Always professional and hard working.
No one answers the phone. No one returns messages. You pay for a premium product in Arctic Spa and get this kind of service? All I want to do is give you business!?! Come on guys - Extremely disappointed.
