Awful service and notorious price gouging. When there was a shortage of pool salt, the owner went around buying up available stock and then charged $25.99 per bag. That alone tells you a lot. The manager’s attitude was unbelievable. Genuinely some of the rudest, most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Completely dismissive and argumentative when questioned about their own work. They closed my pool and left the lights sitting on the deck instead of taking the few seconds required to remove them. We had our pool installed by these guys last summer and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
