Highly recommend. Have helped us over the years with all our pool and hot tub needs. Including when we had issues with algae. And they just completed our septic system. Always professional and hard working.
No one answers the phone. No one returns messages. You pay for a premium product in Arctic Spa and get this kind of service? All I want to do is give you business!?! Come on guys - Extremely disappointed.

I came to this store today after checking online that they close at 6:00 PM. I arrived at 4:30 PM, and the store was already closed. I even called several times, but no one answered — even though I could see someone sitting inside with the lights off.
