I have been using Splash for over 10 years. Their in store team is always welcoming and knowledgeable. We recently purchased a heater and continued to have some issues with the item. Splash techs came when required to assist. It took us a while to figure out the issue - but everything got resolved in the end. I fully continue to support local, and continue to use Splash for all my pool and hot tub needs.
I own an arctic spa hot tub and Splash has been great for all my supplies. This was my first time owning a hot tub and the staff at the Manotick location were very helpful in educating me on how to maintain a hot tub running efficiently. Excellent service and support.
Came out to diagnose a problem with our pool: 'You just need to vacumn' 'Part of the problem is the vacumn isn't working properly' 'Yeah, just vacumn, though' Two weeks later and $160 later, same problem and no change. Sooo yeah. Don't bother with these scammers.
