My wife and I spent $8000 on a pool here about 4 years ago... I never had a "thank you" call or "just touching base to see how everything is going" call. The owners daughter was rude and never returned my calls. Recently i had some damage to my pool due to a storm that hit... I reached out on FB to them, got a return message and was told that they only do mobile calls now. no retail store front. I explained the damage, provided pictures as well. when it came time to schedule an appt to have them come out and get a parts list... read more
This place was rude and crude. The owner went and cussed out my father over a simple question he had about a pool and the owner went off on my dad. He then told him he will pray for him and called himself a Christian. I don’t know what kind of Christian does that but somebody better pray for him. I would NEVER buy a pool or send him any kind of busness.The most unprofessional establishment in Deer Park. He was also bad mouthing all of the other pool stores in Deer Park.
