My pump motor went on the fritz on my inground pool. No other pool place in town could come for a couple of weeks and I called Splash Pools and they came out in 2 days and fixed it perfectly. The new pump is quiet and working well. I will definitely use them again!! Thanks!!

I have been buying things from Travelers Rest Splash pools over the course of 6 years and had never really needed their expertise. This year 2014, I could not get my pool to clear up or the chems to level. So, I asked for their help. After telling the lady that I replaced the filter, and had treated the water with algae killer and 10 lbs of shock twice already, she sold me more algae remover and another 8 lbs of shock (did not offer to test my water that I brought) and said this time it will work! They have been so helpful , they have help Me with every problem I have had . Trying to get someone else's pool ready . They are Very Nice & Helpful ! ! They are the BEST ! ! !
Most of the time when we have gone, the wife of the owner has served us. She can't answer even some basic questions, such as the difference between total chlorine and free chlorine. She seems nervous, maybe she doesn't know what she is doing? Now that her daughter works there, the daughter is much more knowledgeable and sometimes we will go there for something small. I almost always drive to Greer to another store to have good service that I can count on.
