Did they file bankruptcy??
This company filed Bankruptcy with only completing half our pool. I had to find out from our finance company. They have strung us along since july of 2019 to only take $23,000 dollars from us on Monday and file bankruptcy on Friday. We are just beside ourselves.
Recently, my wife and I were considering having a pool built at our house in Bent Tree and Splash Pools was recommended as an affordable but very professional pool company so I called them. With just a copy of our survey, Scott Wainwright designed a perfect pool for us in less than 24 hours! I highly recommend Splash Pools to anyone that is considering a pool installation!
Betsy, they also stole thousands from my parents too. I have been racking my brian to figure out what kind of person does this. To own a home in FL, with a specialized pool, was my parents dream. They worked hard their whole lives to fulfill this. They will have that, but after going through another company and paying for a pool AGAIN.
