After years of Splash Pools opening our above ground pool for in the $500 range, we were shocked this year to get a phone call asking if we wanted Splash to keep opening our pool because they’ve already got the bill at over $1,000. This is our first year with a pool so we were definitely lost on maintenance and care. We were greeted with great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. They got us set up and helped us feel very confident when we left. 100% positive experience here and will be back for all of my pool needs!
After years of using Splash Pools to yearly open our pool and the cost consistently being in the $500 dollar range, this year they unknowingly to us say they’ve racked up over $1,000 in costs and the pool still IS NOT swim ready. No more maintenance visits than usual this year in opening our pool. We will NEVER spend another penny with Splash Pools because they’ve blindsided us with an incredible total of fees for a job never completed. Beware of this company!!!
