Terrible customer service, hungry to death for customers money. Can’t believe I had purchased a pool vacuum for $1750 and in less than 24h I asked to return it because it wasn’t any good and didn’t meet the expectations. The vacuum was spending more time charging than actually doing its (what it was purchased for). They refused to take the vacuum back. Don’t count on them to show up when they say they will. Scheduled our pool opening and no one showed up; called them at 1:50 pm and was told we were still on the list and they were still coming. Called them again at 4:24 pm and somebody different told me they tried calling us “a few hours ago” to tell us the pool opener went home early and they would have to reschedule but could not tell us when cause they haven’t been able to talk to the scheduler.

Terrible customer service, paid $1750 for a product. The product didn’t work as advertised and we wanted to exchange within 24 hours. The sign says no refund, exchange only! They refused to honor the sign. Told them we would report them to Better Business Bureau and was told because we said that all sales were final. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Pool Splash in Lawton. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor—I had to constantly follow up to get updates, and even then, responses were vague or delayed. The pool installation was not only behind schedule by several weeks, but the quality of the work also left a lot to be desired.
